Billing terms
- Cancel anytime from your account billing portal. Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for.
- No refunds. Charges already collected aren't refunded — including for partial months. The Pro plan ships with a 7-day free trial so you can verify the bot works for you before any charge clears.
- VAT included. AED prices include UAE VAT. You'll be asked for your VAT ID at Checkout if you have one (Stripe collects it automatically).
Why subscription, not %-of-volume
We bill per month for the software, not per trade. Two reasons. First, our economic interest stays aligned with yours: we want the bot to be good, not to push you toward more trades. Second, %-of-volume looks like brokerage activity to regulators; pure subscription is a managed-services contract, which we're positioned to do without a VARA license.
For Pro: at 15-20k AED/month of DCA, the multi-exchange smart routing alone tends to save AED 700-830/year — about a year's Pro subscription paid for by the routing alone.
